Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me! If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel less than 48 hours, your card on file will be charged for 50% of your service amount. Please be respectful of my time as I am of yours.
If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment I have the right to cancel your appointment. If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule or cut your service (no blowdry etc).
